I am trying to add QMetry add-on application to my atlassian site where I am the site-admin. However it says 'requested' but I don't receive any email nor have administration control of JIRA site.

Hi Muralidhar,

Sorry to hear about this problem, I understand you trying to get this QMetry add-on working with your Jira Cloud site, but are unable to.

I see on your account that you are actually a site-admin of two different Atlassian Cloud sites.  Could you clarify which one of these you are having this problem on?  Or does this affect both?

I noticed that the site well*****.atlassian.net appears to have Jira on a Free plan right now.  There are some known limitations of Free Plans in regards to using some add-ons.  While that site does not explicitly list QMetry, I suspect that this list is not yet comprehensive of all the add-ons available in Marketplace.

If this is the site that is having this problem, you could try to change the plan on this site to trial an evaluation as a site-admin

You need to be an Atlassian Cloud site admin to change a plan for your site.

  1. Choose Settings (  ) >  Billing  Manage subscriptions
  2. Choose Change next to your plan name

Also details on changing this plan in Jira Cloud plans.  If this is happening on the other site, please let me know, and we can investigate further.

Andy
