Unable to install Jira Sever

When I installed JIRA Sever version, I was prompted that I did not have administrator rights and some functions might not be able to use. Is it because I did not set up the part?

I think this is not a warning prompt during the installation. Please check whether you have admin rights for this PC.

看上去这个错误并非特指Jira的安装，而是说你正在安装的这台服务器，你不没有Admin权限，可能会导致部分未知的问题。
