Unable to import the CSV - Error Issue can't be created due to user not found

I just to use the csv import to create several individual requests in one go. It failed with with an error that user abcd is not in the system.

Can you pls help here

You should create all users prior to import. The format of your CSV for any user fields should be the email in Jira.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
