Hi team,

we are working on integrating Newrelic with Jira using webhooks. I have the API token of the sandbox environment, however I am unable to locate the Jira's endpoint URL..

Can I get some assistance please?

NOTE: we prefer to do via webhook only which provides more customisation compared to Jira notification channel.

Hello @Balaji Raju Mohan

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Disclaimer: I have not actually integrated NewRelic and Jira.

Are you following documentation to set up this integration? Can you provide a link to that documentation? I would like to independently verify what is being asked for.

Jira doesn't have a single webhook. You could create an Automation flow that uses an Incoming Webhook as a trigger and then provide that webhook to NewRelic. A quick internet search indicates that is one integration method. The other talks about using NewRelic's native Jira Destination feature.
