Unable to get issues through Jira add-on in google sheets

I have connected my JIRA to Google Sheets, and am trying to fetch issues using JQL
This JQL works well in the JIRA filter but I'm not able to get any issues imported into the sheets for the field I have.
But when I remove the sprint and sprint.name fields the issues are being imported.
But I need the sprint name.
Please clarify what's the issue as there is no error for the JQL.
