×Hi everyone, I'm building a python script to collect data from https://jira.{company_url}, it worked pretty nice. However, when i test in another server (hotline of company/jira), it shows that jira is connect but it cant return any issues data

I'm not a python expert, but I cannot make out the error that is displayed in the image.
Since you mentioned issue data cannot be returned, would suggest checking if the user whose token you're using is allowed to access the issue via UI.
Also, if you're using Jira Data Center a lot depends on how your VM or host machine is configured.
i agree with you, i stuck because of the config of the server and cant even access to the issues.
