Unable to get data in google sheets

Jira cloud for sheets is not working - it keeps on loading and i am not able to get the new issues in the google sheets file

Thanks for reaching out, and I have a few questions to see if we can narrow this down for you.

First does an error ever occur?  Like a timeout in the browser, or any google specific error in the sheet.  Also, check out the browser javascript console output for any page loading errors that may not be expressly showing a pop-up error, and let me know if you find anything.

Next, take a look at the following Browser Troubleshooting guide under the "Indispensable tests" section, the details in the rest of the document are geared for the Atlassian suite of products, but the "Indispensable tests" section is a great all-around set of steps to look at to rule out browser-specific issues that can impact any web-based interface:

Next a few questions on the Query you are using. 

• Is there a large data set that is being pulled in? 
• are there any unique fields being called, such as a custom field from an add-on app, and does removing the field allow the data to load? 
• Can you do a very simple query and get a response, like a single project with a small set of issues, and only a minimal amount of fields like key and summary?
