Hamburger menu is blank i cannot import Jira issues to my spreadsheet  Get data from Jira is not available

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Testing on my local site, the Jira Cloud for Sheets worked normally. 

Have you tested using another browser?

If you go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, does it show any error?

Have you tried to uninstall and install the add-on again?

Also, please, open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error on the console tab when you open the add-on.
