Unable to find billing information

I have updated my card information but Atlassian seems to keep billing my previous card information. when I go to the Billing console, next to my new card, I see '0 subscriptions'. Even though I have active subscriptions for jira, confluence and those are being charged to my previous card. Is there another hidden area, where my old card information would be added and it continues to bill my previous card.
