Hi, I'm new to JIRA with last week. Previously when I went into the ticket detail I was able to update the Status field and add comments to an existing ticket. Now this week, I am not able to click on the field to edit. I think I'm on JiraONE but don't know how to tell the version. I'm wondering if this is something that I did to cause a setting to change, or if I need to escalate to the support team, or just don't know how to update correctly since I'm new. TIA.
