Hello!
I'm a site admin on my company's Jira cloud instance. When the previous site admin left the position a few months ago our IT group deactivated their account across the board. I'm currently trying to edit some dashboards and filters that they are the owner of but I can't. I can copy the dashboards & filters but not edit them, I can't even change the owner over to myself.
This is causing some headaches as you can imagine. Does anyone have any solutions I can try? I've been working on this now for 2 days with no success.
Hi Donna - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Are you able to grant yourself Jira Admin permissions? That should allow you to change the owner.

We don't have one believe it or not. So what now?
