You often can't edit the schemes by going through the Project Settings - you need to go through the main settings.
So, got to Settings > Issues > Screen Schemes and then search for the one you want to change. You can then click edit and make your changes.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
