Unable to drill down through dashboards

Hi - I am unable to drill down from the dashboard view. When I click the links it is not taking me to the filter view instead giving an error message " Requested URL too large - Try shortening of JQL of your saved filter " . This used to be a cool feature and now not working. 

The JQL query is the most simple version. dont know how much I need to simplify. 

Below is the Query " project = ABC AND issuetype = Story AND status in (BLOCKED)"

Hi @Sherin -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I wonder if you are running into the known problem that the number of returned issues is expanded into the URL as a CSV list, and that then exceeds the limit.  Here are a couple of open suggestions/defects on that, which you can watch/vote for:
