Unable to drag/drop tasks on sprint board to change order within the same column

Prior to this weeks most recent release, our team was able to drag and re-order task placement within the same column on our sprint board. For example, we could drag a task to the top of In-Progress. Now there is a 🚫 symbol when you attempt to drag the task within the same column, unable to change its order placement. Is there a new sort feature that's being enforced that's preventing us from being able to manually adjust their ordering?

No, there has been no change on this.

Has there been a change on the board, has the board filter or sub-filter bend adjusted?
