A few days ago, I noticed that I couldn’t drag and drop tickets on any status column (To Do, In Progress, Done). This worked last week and none of the settings were changed, but I cannot do it anymore.
Although I can change the status by manually going to each ticket and clicking the status button, the drag-and-drop feature makes it easier and has less number of clicks.
In order to the drag and drop on a board to work the filter that the board is using has to order the issues by rank. So go to your board settings and make sure that the filter looks something like this:
project = JIRA ORDER BY Rank ASC
