Unable to download a JQL extract as the query is over maximum limit hyperlinks

Hi guys, 

I'm unable to export a JQL query result as the file has reached the maximum limit of hyperlinks that are allowed in the workbook. I need to still get an export of the full file, how can I do this? 

1. Could someone tell me how to disable the hyperlinks or remove hyperlinks happy with just the Issue ID 

 2. An alternative way to get a copy of the full extract.

Try it with the Better Excel Exporter!

I am a developer working on it, and we have never heard about this type of problem.

But, if the limitation is rooted in the file format (XLSX), it can happen also with our app. If so, you can customize our export template and disable all hyperlinks! Ask us if the problem comes up.
