Good day, I have a .CSV file containing details of Epics I need to upload into a Project in Jira. I have ensured all the necessary mandatory fields are included as well as the Summary field, There are a couple of Cascading Select fields that also need to be populated where I have used the -> to separate the Child from the Parent. The import fails and the error log does not make much sense.
If I were to manually capture an Epic using the exact fields it allows me to successfully,
Has anyone else encountered similar issues with a bulk import?
thanks
Hi @CostaM ,
Can you drop the error message here?
The syntax used is correct, where you have
Parent Value -> Child Value
and only one level hierarchy is allowed.
Hi @Mohamed Riza _ServiceRocket_
thanks for your response, I tried it again this morning, following exactly the same steps I did originally and for some reason it worked.
I will report back should this issue occur again and provide an error log.
thank you
