Hello,
I'm trying to permanently delete my Atlassian account, but I get the error: "You can't delete your account because you are the last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements / non-cancelled subscriptions."
All my products are on the Free plan and I have no paid subscriptions, yet the system still blocks the deletion.
My organization: ba-azm
My site: ba-azm.atlassian.net
Products/entitlements showing: Jira (Projects), Goals, Teams, Rovo Credits — all Free.
Could you please:
1. Remove all active entitlements associated with my account/organization, and
2. Delete the ba-azm site and organization,
so that I can proceed to delete my Atlassian account.
I am the sole admin and there is no other user to transfer billing admin to. Please let me know if you need any verification from my side.
Thank you.

Rovo are "Sticky" one, and often can´t be removed alone.

Hello @_Ali ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
Atlassian blocks the deletion of personal data for primary billing contacts and primary technical contacts to ensure that customers can maintain a business relationship without losing access. If you’re an individual user who’s also the primary technical or billing contact for a site and you want to delete your Atlassian account, you’ll need to either assign another person to be the primary technical or billing contact or delete your site.
Please refer to this document: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/deleting-your-atlassian-account-when-you-are-the-billing-or-technical-contact/

Hi @_Ali,
To delete your Atlassian account, all active subscriptions (including Free plans and Rovo credits) must be fully terminated. Since you are the sole admin, follow these steps:
Our billing team must manually clear your site entitlements first.
Go to the Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian.
Under How can we help you?, select Your account.
Under Choose a topic, select Cancel cloud subscription.
Click on Need more help? at the bottom.
In the description, explain that you want to delete your account but are blocked because you are the last billing admin. Specifically request that they cancel all active entitlements and delete your site for you.
Once support confirms the site is removed:
Select Account preferences (left menu).
Click Delete account and confirm.
Note: There is a 14-day grace period before the deletion becomes permanent.
Best,
Samuil
