Unable to delete customers in Tempo

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I cannot delete these customers in Tempo plugin. I tried delete them via REST api -> same problem, it says Invalid customer or ID -> I know that ID is OK.
