Unable to create an issue through Teams

On Tuesday, our team couldn't create issues through Microsoft Teams channels anymore. We haven't made any changes to the settings of JIRA Cloud nor Teams.

It's saying:

"You don't have permissions to create issues on this project. Please contact the Jira site administrator." 

I am an administrator on the site. Is there anything I should check?

Update: I found a workaround.

I have to remove the currently selected project, and chose the project again manually to be able to create the ticket. This is a weird interaction.
