Unable to create a issue and unable to see search field after login

One clicking create issue button getting error in chrome console and even search is disabled.

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to make some questions. 

Are you able to access a project and create a ticket directly on the backlog, board, or roadmap (in case it's a next-gen)?

Can you navigate normally between other pages like Dashboards, Your work, Projects?

Are you the only user facing this issue?

Have you tested using another browser or incognito mode?

When did this issue start?

After connecting to remote desktop this issue is occurring.

Are you able to access a project and create a ticket directly on the backlog, board, or roadmap (in case it's a next-gen)?    ---   No.

Can you navigate normally between other pages like Dashboards, Your work, Projects? - No not able to do that.

Are you the only user facing this issue? - No

Have you tested using another browser or incognito mode? - Yes, but still facing issue

When did this issue start? - Whenever connecting to remote desktop connection

Thank you for the details.

Some remote desktops can only access whitelisted sites, I'm not sure if that's the case, but if possible, I would like to ask you to whitelist our IPs and domains.

Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
