Unable to create Kanban team managed project now

Hi All,

Currently I am facing the issue in creating the Project (Software Development) , Kanban and Team managed project.

Have the global permission for the same.

Getting the error message as " Project Not Created.

For some reason the magic didn't happen. Click create to try again"

Hi @Support

Please check the permission for creating team-managed project if you have Jira system privileges: Settings > Global permissions > Create team-managed projects 

If you do not have this permission, please add Users/Groups to it, if someone removed the permission, users may not able to create "Team-managed projects"

  Thanks for your reply. The  Create team managed project group is even been shared to public and org admin. Yet I am unable to create the project.

Share some insights on the same.

What type of admin are you (organization or site admin)?

And are you a member of the "administrators" group or the "jira-administrators" group, or both?

   I am the Organisation admin..I am not the part of JIRA ADMINISTRATORS and ADMINISTRATORS group

Can you change the Product access of Jira software (User access admin > User)? 

And being member of 2 groups:  "administrators" and "jira-administrators"

The Permission for Creating Projects are governed by global permissions in Jira

• For creating Company managed project you should be "Jira Administrator"
• For creating Team managed project you should have "Create team-managed projects" permission
• Additionally, Could you please share the screenshot of the steps you are following to create the project ?
  I would suggest creating another test user with Admin rights in your Jira instance. Try from that user and see if it is a user issue or not.
• Also try in an incognito window to make sure it's not a caching thing.

  For creating the project, Project ->Create a new project - Kanban project(made for you) - Team managed project 

  ORG-ADMIN, has been added to the CREATE TEAM MANAGED PROJECT
