Unable to connect to Marketplace on Jira

Hello  guys,

I have a Jira server that can not connect to the Market place. Every looks configured properly, we have no proxies, in fact I also have a BitBucket server that can connect just fine. I can resolve and ping all the hostnames in the Jira KB. Base URL matches. Server can go to internet address without issue.

Am I missing something?

Check your firewall rules.  This is usually the culprit.  You should be able to see if it is getting blocked in the logs.
