I created a sample project with sample board. i tried creating auto schedule for an issue with active sprint and it worked.
So i created a new project and migrated my stories from another project to this new one. Under this new project i have only one board with just one active sprint. I am trying to auto schedule an issue. Occurrence to be every active sprint (not fixed sprint). I am unable to move forward if i select the option 'active sprint' as my trigger option. I get the following error 'there are multiple active sprints in this board'. While under this project there is only one board with one active sprint. Please advise.
Hi Kamala,
Welcome to the Community!
You might want to check your board configuration, and more specifically the board filter query.
We have some development teams that have setup their board filter so that all it looks for is the assigned group it doesn't filter by project.
In this case your board will recognize active sprints from other projects as active sprints for this board as well.
I hope that helps!

Thanks Jimmy. In this case, i created a new Project and migrated the epics and stories from the previous project. This is the only board that exists under this project. And only one active sprint at a time. The error still says that the board has multiple active sprints :(.
The board filter for this board and my sample board are similar. The auto schedule works on my sample board but not on this board. I am unable to figure out what is it that i am missing? Please help. Thanks again :).

Hi Kamala,
Are you able to share a screenshot of the General Configuration for this board? I'm hoping that there might be something listed there which might help explain what is going on.
Thanks!

Thanks Kamala! Are both projects sharing the same permission scheme, if not it might be worth comparing the differences between the two. The same goes for project roles and the membership of those roles.
