Unable to assign the ticket to particular user

I'm getting below error message

Hi @Mamatha Bathala ,

The screenshot which you shared mentions that you donot have Jira admin privilage.

And in order to assign issues to users you need to have assignable user permissions and also make sure the user you are trying to assign issue have access to project, assign issue..

You need to contact your Jira administrator for that, they can grant you the relevant access
