Unable to add web links

With the new UI update all the web links that I had put in my tickets have disappeared and we no longer have an option to add a web link to the jira.

I am able to see the links when I chose the option on the top right "show the old view"

Please bring back the option to add external web links to JIRA

Hi Nabarun,

Currently, it's not possible to link Web, Confluence or Jira issue in the new issue view.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
