Unable to add users in Advanced Roadmaps permissions

Hello guys,

unfortunately I am unable to add users in the Advanced Roadmaps permissions view.

Can you help me out?

I was just ablet to fix the issue myself. The main reason was, because I had not Global Permission to "Browse users and groups".

Also the dropdown list in granting permissions, doesn't populate any user.

I would assume it is the same isse. Has anyone stumbled upon that before?
