Unable to add the time tracking button

I am unable to add the time tracking button in projects. Have followed all the steps mentioned in the support document however, unable to add it.

Please help in resolving. Also, is there a customer support number to contact you guys.

Basically if the time tracking is activated then you also have the add the "Time tracking" field on the relevant screen of the issueType in the project. Only after adding time tracking field on the screen then you can see the "original esitmate" field on the issue create screen. If time tracking is enabled then you can  log work on the issue even when you haven't added time tracking field on the screen. And the time you log on the issue can be queries in the JQL using the timespent field.
