Hello All,
My client has been experiencing the following issue for about a week. Their team cannot add comments by using the browser. They receive an error message (see attached picture).
Everything was normal before 1 week ago. Before, they were able to add comment perfectly. Their permissions haven't change.
Their workaround is to add the comment via phone but it is not sustainable.
Have you ever experiencing this issue ? Would you know how to fix it ?

Did you try different browser ? May be a browser plugin issue, try to deactivate all browser plugin and comment a jira issue.
May be give a try and look at the browser console to see if there's more info about the error

Yes, they tried different browser and also removing the cache/cookies.
