We use JIRA cloud, also we use Time report add-on to calculate time variance, but while adding time estimation for any task or bug it shows "Validation failed" error, and we are unable to add the time estimation, also the screen get fluctuate while adding time estimation.
May be you should activate that in the default fields scheme for the project or check the configuration of your board to make sure the time tracking that is selected is Original time not story point.
