Unable to add Jira app. "Something went wrong"

I recently created an Atlassian account and am logging in as an Org Admin, trying to add Confluence and Jira. Confluence was added successfully, but Jira was not.

I would appreciate your help. Here is what I am doing step by step:

1) Apps → Atlassian apps

2) Add app

3) Choose Jira, then click “Try it now”

4)Tick “Use an existing site”, then click the “Add” button

5) The dialog for adding Jira opens; click the “Next” button

6) Right after that, the problem appears:

Something went wrong

Please try again later or contact Support if the problem persists.

I suggest you reach out to the support team directly from Atlassian.  You will get better support than the portal for this kidn of issues.

Can you please try this once & let me know if it works.

Instead of Apps → Atlassian apps, try:

1. admin.atlassian.com
2. Products
3. Add product
4. Select Jira
5. Choose Add to existing site

Unfortunately, there is no ‘Products’ item.

But I get the following error once I click the ‘Next’ button under Apps → Atlassian apps:
