Hi,
I am trying to add Confluence to my existing Atlassian site, but I am getting the following error: "Unable to add app. This can happen when a site is behind on payments."
I am currently on a Free plan and I do not believe there are any pending payments on my account. Could you please check whether there is a billing issue flagged on my site and help me resolve it so I can activate Confluence?

This can't be done by member of the community as we are users like you.
Within Atlassian administration of you instance, check the Billing section, if you can't access this, contact your org admin
Otherwise please raise an issue via Atlassian Support and choose the Billing, payments and licensing option.
