I am trying to get back into my account but it says that I don't have access anymore.
Hello @Kim Reynolds
What is the exact error message you receive?
When was the last time you accesses the app?
Did any other users have access to the app in the past? Do they still have access now.
Your post tags say you are on a Free subscription. Is that accurate? Was your subscription Free?
Atlassian has a policy of deactivating Free subscription apps that have been inactive for an extended period of time. They send a warning email 2 weeks and 1 week before the deactivation will occur, and another email on the day of deactivation. Did you receive such emails?
The error message says that I do not have access anymore. Is there a way to recover this? I have been inactive. I remember receiving some emails but unfortunately I did not check them. The subscription was free.

If you had a free subscription that was deactivated due to inactivity, Atlassian holds the data for a limited amount of time, then they permanently delete it. So recovery depends on when the subscription was deactivated.
You can contact Atlassian about this directly by completing and submitting the form on the Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support page:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
For future reference if you reactivate/resubscribe to the Jira product Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate inactive free subscriptions and permanently delete the data. They will send you warning emails before that happens so that you have a chance to avoid the deactivation.
