Unable to access Jira

I'm able to login using my google account, however I then end up in a loop of loading screens which results in this page. 

Everyone else in my team is able to access the site so I don't think that's where the issue lies. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi James, can you ask one of the admin‘s (project or site) to check the permissions for any one of the projects you should have access to to ensure that indeed you do have access to the project.
