Hello,
I am currently unable to access our company's Jira instance.
Whenever I open our Jira URL or any existing issue link, I receive the following error:
Page unavailable – Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
I am an active employee and should still have access to Jira. My account has not been deactivated, and I am using the correct Atlassian account.
Page unavailable
Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you.
If your colleagues can access Jira normally while you cannot, mention that in your post. If everyone is seeing the same error, mention that instead. That information will help Atlassian identify whether it's an account-specific issue or a site-wide problem.

Hi @Viswanathan Ramachandran ,
Thank you for your response.
I haven't received any email regarding my account being suspended or having any access issues.
I am still an active employee, and I can successfully sign in to my Atlassian account. I also have access to the Atlassian Administration portal for our organization.
However, whenever I try to access our Jira site (https://maziksolutions.atlassian.net) or open any existing issue link (for example, PUR-199), I get the following message:
"Page unavailable – Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable."
I have already tried:
Logging in with the correct Atlassian account.
Opening the site in Incognito mode.
Clearing browser cache and cookies.
Accessing the site using both the base URL and existing issue links.
I am currently checking with my colleagues to confirm whether they are experiencing the same issue.
In the meantime, is there any way to verify whether the Jira product for this site is still active or if the site has been suspended or migrated?
Thank you for your help.

Hi @kashish verma
I think members from the Atlassian Team can verify them. We don't have such access.
Wait a little bit; members will see and process your request.
