Unable to access Jira Software boards

Hi,

We are getting the following error : "TypeError: Cannot read property 'isProjectSidebar' of undefined" when trying to access anyone of our boards.

We have followed these instructions but still having the problem. 

The exact use-case is the following : 

1. When I create a new board, everything is fine
2. When I try to access the report section, I get the error described above
3. When I try to view the board again (like in 1.) I get the error (described above)

any help please?

After submitting the case to Atlassian Support team, they found that the issue was coming from an outdated jar of Jira Software. Although Jira was displaying that the Jira Software was up to date, the jar was not really up to date. The upgrade process that my team followed was not good.

So as per the instructions, to troubleshoot you did switch to 'Safe mode' and you were facing the error even in safe mode?

Yes. Even after switching to 'Safe Mode' the issue persists and we are unable to access the boards.
