Unable to Upload Files/Images

I'm unable to upload files or images to Jira. When I try it it just gets stuck on the loading screen. I can restart my computer, upload one or two images to a ticket and then the same thing happens. I can't even upload a photo to this question because it does the same thing.

• I've cleared cache & cookies
• I've updated my PC
• I had no issues until recently
• I'm on Chrome (always have been)

Try Firefox and incognito.

If you take a screenshot and paste it, does it work?

Are you attaching images using the attachment button?

That is strange. Is everyone on your Atlassian site experiencing this behavior?

Also could you try Edge or some other browser?

Could have your admin reach out to Atlassian, looks like you are on premium tier.

https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ does not show any degraded experience for uploads.
