Unable to Upgrade my Jira Account

I have been using free trial account of jira, confluence.

Now I am trying to upgrade to paid subscription but I do not see it in my Account in Manage Subscription.

I want to make payment and continue using jira but I dont see any way to make the payment and retain my free account.
