I'm unable to scroll up or down when on a ticket's page. A vertical scroll bar is missing.
I tried deleting cookies, different browsers, rebooting the PC — nothing helps. PgUp/PgDn and Home/End keys won't work either. None of the colleagues is having this problem.
Current logs:
Windows 10 Pro, main browser: Vivaldi.
