Unable to Retrieve All User Worklogs via Tempo REST API Using Admin Token

I have integrated the Tempo app into my Jira application. I am currently working with worklog data using the REST API to integrate it into my organization’s project. However, I am unable to retrieve all worklogs when using an admin account token.
using API: https://api.tempo.io/4/worklogs

Could you please help me understand how to retrieve all users’ worklogs using the TEMPO REST API when I am an admin in my Atlassian account?

Hey @Bittu Kumar ,

We've helped one of our clients build this. The API docs you're referring should be correct, the only question is which API token are you using?

Tempo has its own API tokens which are separate from Atlassian API tokens so have you tried using those? It still needs to be generated with the account you're using for pulling the data from Tempo.

In case you've already tried those, any specific error messages you're getting when you're trying to make the call?

I would like to inform you that after creating a role for the space/project and assigning this role to the admin, I am now able to retrieve all worklogs.
