Hello Atlassian Support,
I am currently unable to receive any emails from Atlassian. This includes all types of emails, such as notifications and identity verification emails (e.g., "Verify your identity").
Could you please check if there is any issue with my account or email delivery? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.

You will have to create an Atlassian Support request for this. (you need to be an admin on your instance to create a ticket, otherwise ask one of your admins to raise it)

I'd recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian here:

Before opening the ticket, it's also worth checking your spam/junk folder and confirming that emails from @atlassian aren't being blocked by your mail provider or your organization's mail policies.
