Unable to Login Jira using two factor authentication.

How to disable two factor authentication of jira account.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

To disable the 2fa of Jira account, firstly you need to login to jira and perform the below steps -

1. Click on your profile icon and choose account settings.

2. Go to security and you can disable the 2fa by confirming the Atlassian Password.

I was not able to login to my account i,e the problem.

Without login into my account is there a way to disable 2FA.

By any chance, do you have a recovery key. if yes please login with the same and disable 2FA or else please raise a support ticket with Atlassian team to help you further .
