Unable to Install Jira on Windows Server and getting error when establishing connection with databas

Hi Team,

I am unable to install Jira on windows server and we are using MYSQL database. I need to install Jira on windows server with MYSQL database. I am currently installing v8.3.4 and database v5.7.23. when i am enstablishing connection between Jira and database i am getting Error "This MYSQL instance is not properly configured". Please help me here.

I'm afraid we can't tell you what is wrong with your settings.  Check with your database admins what you should be using, and maybe have a look at the logs to see if the connection failure gives you more specific errors.
