Dear Atlassian Support,
I’m unable to create a Jira Cloud site. When I enter the site name digitnav, I receive the following error:
“We ran into a problem. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support.”

I’ve tried multiple browsers and incognito mode, but the issue persists.
Could you please investigate whether this is an account issue or a system issue, and advise how I can complete the site creation?
