Unable to Create/Edit JIRA from external network. Our JIRA server (v7.6.1) is Linux based. Plz help.

Hi,

We have a linux based JIRA server (v7.6.1). We are able to Create/edit JIRA from internal network but not from external network. The rotating bar is shown for ever. 

Can anyone help to solve this issue please?

You will need to debug your external network routing - your symptoms are of a a request reaching the server, but the network not returning the response to the client.
