Hello community,
I have an admin user role in the product (Enterprise plan) and was able to log in successfully earlier today. However, when I try to log in now, I receive the message: "We've emailed you a code. To complete your account setup, enter the code we've sent to [email]."
Since this is my Windows admin account, I cannot access this email. As advised by my colleagues, I’ve enabled two-factor authentication and tried using the site in incognito mode, but the issue persists.
Can anyone suggest a workaround or let me know what might be causing this issue?
