Unable to Close or Complete a Sprint. Button is always greyed out
Hi All,
We'd like to raise an issue as we are not able to complete a sprint on the Jira board as the button is always greyed out. On the backlogs, the complete sprint button is not available as well. (Please see attached screenshots)
We are aware that this is an existing topic on the community: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Unable-to-Complete-Close-sprint/qaq-p/1944998
but we could not found how to navigate or where to see these permissions. Hope you can help us with this. Thank you.

Welcome to the community !!
Project admins or the Jira admins can grant you the required Manage Sprint and Edit issues in all the projects used in the board.
They need to go to project --> project settings (present in the left side bar) --> Permissions
Click on Actions --> Edit permissions
Add required users or groups or project roles to Manage Sprint and Edit issues

Thanks for the prompt response. We have followed the steps you provided but the result is still the same. Currently our Jira board is using a company managed software so that we can run multiple sprints. We are not sure if it's one of the factor why the complete sprint button is not available.

when you move the cursor on the greyed button, it says "you can only complete one sprint at a time". So please select the required sprint and complete them one by one.
I suspect this is greyed out due to selection of "All Sprints"
