Hello Atlassian Community & Support Team,
We are currently unable to access our old Atlassian/Jira Cloud account and site. When trying to open the site, we receive the following message:
“Page unavailable – Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.”
We are also unable to raise a support ticket through the normal support portal because the site itself is inaccessible.
We need assistance with:

If you were on a premium subscription your data should be recoverable within 60 days from deactivation.

The site you are trying to access, was this a Free instance.
Atlassian has the right to remove Free, non-used, instances after a certain time of inactivity. This means no-one has logged on to the site.
Org admins of the site would have received mails on this deactivation and even deletion.
You will need to reach out to Atlassian Support for this.
