Hi All,
I have been using the Agile Board at https://rekken.atlassian.net to manage my work. However, I have been unable to access it for the past few days.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or can someone from the support/admin team help investigate and resolve this problem?
If the access issue cannot be resolved immediately, I would appreciate it if someone could help me retrieve the details of the tickets I have created so I can continue my work without disruption.
Thank you in advance for your support and assistance.
Hello @Vikramsingh Rajpurohit
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you able to access other Jira Data in that Jira instance?
Are you an administrator for the Jira instance? Or are you accessing a Jira instance that somebody else gave you access to?
Can you access https://rekken.atlassian.net/jira ?
If you can access the home page for the Jira instance but not the specific board then the likely cause is permissions related to the project or filter for the board.
What is the result when you try to access the URL?
Hi @Trudy Claspill ,
Thank you for your response.
1. I am able/unable to access other Jira data within the same instance.
2.I am a Jira administrator.
3.Please screenshot for your reference.

Thank you for that additional information.
Are you the Organization Admin or Billing Admin for your subscription?
Are you using a Free subscription for Jira or a paid Standard or Premium subscription?
Are there other users of that Jira instance experiencing the same problem?
When was the last time any user successfully accessed the data in that Jira instance?
Are you able to login to https://admin.atlassian.com , select Apps > Atlassian Apps, and see that Jira is listed?
It is possible your subscription has been deactivated or suspended. Access to the Admin Hub and the Billing Account would be required to determine that.
Check the Atlassian Status page for any incidents. https://status.atlassian.com/
You could also check if you can open a support case with Technical support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ That option is available only to paying customers. If you don't have that option you can check on the status of you subscription by contacting the Billing support team through this page

Are you able to login to https://admin.atlassian.com , select Apps > Atlassian Apps, and see that Jira is listed? Does it have an exclamation point symbol next to it?
Since you are not a paying customer, to get help from Atlassian regarding your subscription you need to contact the Billing support team through this page

Hello @Vikramsingh Rajpurohit
When was the last one any user accessed the content of the site?
It sounds like your subscription may have been deactivated.
I advise you to reach out to the Billing support team through the page I mention in my previous response. As a community of users we don't have permission to access you subscription details to find out if your subscription has been deactivated.

Please check to see if your company has your JIRA instance setup with SSO. At my company we use SSO and must be on VPN to access JIRA via an OKTA login page.

Hi @Vikramsingh Rajpurohit welcome to the community! One suggestion for you is to check to see if your board was created to be viewed by a specific Team. If so, please check to see if you are added to that Team. I hope this helps. Thank you!
