Unable Drag and Drop ordering in Board

I have a Board which we want to be able to order and prioritize using the drag and drop functionality to order issues in each column of the Kanban Board and Backlog. The board is currently Ordered by Rank however the drag and drop is not working.

Just to rule one thing out, is it ordered only by rank? Or are there other orders on it?

Possibly - I would want to try it (the only other thing it affects is your ability to add a due-date)

I can edit but we do not have a field called "due date" we have one called "approval due date"
